Well I cant speak from personal experience because I'm just an average size myself, but you should be able to get sex if you use it with care and sensitivity. Your friend is right to say you probably wont be able to fit it all in. (Some idiots will reply saying "if a baby can get out your penis can get in", but thats just bollucks, childbirth involves hours of dilation and huge amounts of physical pain, its not relevant at all.) You will need to take lots of time over the foreplay to make sure the girl is really ready, maybe also use some lube if it helps. You might also want to let her stay in control at first so she can manage the situation.
