I'm pretty sure its normal, but I just want to check. I don't think this belongs in puberty. I sort of have a third testicle, very very small, about the size of a marble, maybe smaller. Should I get it checked out?

I recommend you get it checked out. From what I know, it's not common, much less normal. It might not be anything to worry about, but then it also could be a tumor. See your doctor and ask about it. Again, it's probably nothing bad but it's better to be on the safe side :)
