Thats normal. The clear liquid is the seminal fluid and the white tint is provided by the sperm. The more sperm you have the whiter your semen will be. You also have a very normal (adult) penis size.

First off how old are you because that has a factor in all of this. Ok whenn your seman is released into your urethra the sperm is mixed with the white secretions that are produced from your prostate gland. It might be that your jusst starting to go through puberty and all you need is a little time.
