This was about my friend that had a breakdown and cried on my shoulder.. wrote in science class.
So Far Away
There was this girl
her face showed the aches and the pains
of everyday life,
this life she wished not to have
She was beaten and broken,
bruised and scared.
People asked her questions
but how could she tell them..
she wanted to die?
So sick of the world,
where people only judge
but yet
they judge on things,
they do not know
and expect her
to be stronger, after all she's a fighter, right?
How can she be strong,
when she feels so weak
she has a death wish,
walking these halls
These walls, the ones she builds up,
they're crumbling
but who will care enough to build them back up?
or will they leave her..
leave her to fall down,
with no one to hold onto
when things get though
how does she manage..
to hide it so well?
she sits alone, writing her poetry
thinking that no one gives a damn
she's falling, falling into the unknown
See, she's dating this guy,
sure he's older
but that doesn't give people
the right to comment or judge.
She just wants to be free
from the pain herself and others cause
she can't take it anymore.. she whispers in my ear
she doesn't want to either
i do not know what will happen to her
i hope she finds that place,
place where she feels safe,
whether it be..
