I am sick of people calling me a goth or a emo or whatever else they call me behind my back.
They don't even know what a emo is. A emo to them is "a idiot who cries all day and slits his wrists while wearing stupid black clothes." Thats the reply I got when I asked someone what a emo was.
My school is very stereotype.
There is the jock, geeks, normal people, popular people and me.
I have friends in each of those groups but I don't fit in with any of the groups.
I am just fed up with cutting gestures whenever I walk past.
I haven't even properly cut deep for a year.
Its just been small things with one exception
Its just so annoying.

Just try to ignore them, they are all ignorant people who don't understand anything! This used to happen to me untill they saw it didn't bother me anymore, well it did a little but all those haters also made me realize who my true friends are. Think about it, your always going to have a friend :)

i understand your frustration and no being part of a sub-culture does not dictate if U cut (goth emo etc...) im a goth but me being goth has nothing to do w/ me cutting but all that aside I can understand your frustration....

Im going to on Monday. I've been on wikipedia alot on sub-culture pages and that. I've actually dicovered I fit in with the "Otaku" sub-culture, but there is only one other person in the school that is a Otaku.

a lot of teens are very sterotypical on things like this, things they dont understand.
reality of it is
not every person who cuts is emo, and not every emo cuts.
its all petty sterotypes that arent even worth getting upset over.
it winds me up when people do this too, because they dont understand, and show no will to understand.

Today I was sitting, I had a ruler in my hand and the way my hands where the ruler was on my wrist so they thought I was trying to saw my hand off!
