Do any of you experience pains in your bones? I'd like to know if it is a result of puberty. I especially get pain in my sternum if I twist my body a certain way; does anyone else experience this? Or is this an exclusive condition?

I think it might not be bone pains, but probably the muscles around them.
If you twist your sternum a certain way, maybe you are overstreching the muscles right on top of the bones and tearing them (only in microscopic terms, nothing serious)

i get pains in my knees and shoulders a lot..i think its cause im growing so fast. i grew a foot in like a year..i first noticed it at the begining of the year when i was in las vegas and my knee popped out. since then my knees hurt.

It could be that too. after i run for a while my knees start to hurt and so do my shins, but i think that's because i've hit my shins to many times on low steps from being so tall.

Have you done anything that you pulled any muscles while doing? If you have been running alot, excersising, playing sports, thats probably what happened, more than likely.
The only thing i could think of pains associated with puberty is "growing pains". But imho i dont believe they are real. Just a myth.

If it is made worse by moving, it isn't bone pains. Bones don't actually move, joints do. If a bone moves it breaks.
If anything is made worse by moving, it is usually related to muscles (as the muscles are what makes you be able to move). It issue persists, find medical help.

I wouldn't describe it as pain, more like a soreness, but yes. Your bones grow, so they can be a little sore at times, it really isn't anything to worry about, but if you are a little worried, talk to a doctor. :D
I hope I helped. :D
