I love shellfish, its hard to choose just one kind. I love mussels, one of the best things about going to France is so many cafes serve mussels. We dont eat a lot of lobster in the UK, well only rich people because its very expensive. So I will go with prawns.

Fishes found in the Arabian Gulf( 'live in Kuwait):

Big pomfret(Both Iranian and Kuwaiti), Grouper fish, Sea bream, perch fish, Mackerel, Silver grunter, and of course my favorite of all: King Lizard Fish.

Other would be: Iranian Squid, Kuwaiti Crab, Jumbo Shrimp(I have slight allergy to it, though), Black Lobster( 25 K.D(90$) per Kilo) It is the fricchen expansive sea-food thing here in Kuwait.)

I don't get the idea of lobster. My friend had lobster one time at his house and it just tasted like chewier crab. I don't know, maybe he cooked it too long or something but I'd rather go with crab than lobster anyday from that experience.

I like all seafood so I'm just gonna go with anything you can put into a sushi form :)

Garlic Tilapia is good if you make it right. I also like spicy shrimp or crab legs. I once ate a lobster that was alive for about six bites on a bet that was good until an hour later lol. and of course shellfish.
