So I've been 4 months. But I just can't do it anymore I freaking give up =/ I'm gonna do it all up my arms I don't acutally care who see's it. I just...I just freaking give up!

You don't want to give up now after all that you have accomplished 4 months is really good. You have to keep a positive attitude as hard as that may sound. Distract yourself with activities like spending time with friends or family. Or playing video games or anything to keep you busy that way you don't have to think about it. This is a hard addiction to break, but if you persevere and don't give up you will be so glad you did. Cutting never solves any of you're problems you're only creating another problem by hurting yourself. It's only a temporary relief and it never lasts and you crave for that next cut. Please look at all you have accomplished during these 4 months. You can do this just don't give up. If you ever need someone to talk to shoot me a VM anytime, I'm always on.

You managed 4 months, thats really good, you dont wanna throw it all away now, its not worth it.
As the other have said, try distracting yourself and keep your mind off cutting or the reason why you do it.

Don't give up, Lucie. You're loved very dearly, and cutting isn't going to make you feel better in the long run. It's hard, I know, but people love you and don't want you to hurt yourself. We all want what's best for you and this isn't it. You know that. I know there's strong determination in you somewhere not to harm yourself, you just need to find it.

hun, giving up is never worth it. you've been 4 months already, right? so you have just proven to yourself, that you are strong enough to do this. you can do it. all that will power you have put in to stop will be wasted if you give up now.

it isn't worth it. find some other way to distract yourself. absolutely anything to take your mind off the urge.

well done for not cutting for 4 months, well done :) keep going!!
