I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for hair like getting it healthy again. My hair is pretty thin, so when it doesn't cooperate, it does cRaZy things :]. My hair color is completely natural (as is my usual hair style) and when its shiny and mosturized, it has a hint of red, and it looks straight and shiny. So, in the winter, since its cold, my hair does wondrous things.

Now, in heat, like spring and summer, it doesn't look as healthy or shiny or straight. It tends to flip up at the ends (which is partially due to the fact my bangs are a bit longer, but when they are short they do the same thing to a lesser degree) and does a wierd wave in the layered hair near my bangs. Also, its dull and not as thick as it is in the winter since it's dryer and limp. Now, while it doesn't look bad, I personally don't like it :P
For example- the attached picture

Does anyone have any tips on how to make my hair be healthier and more moisturized in heat? Any products or techniques?

I use this shampoo and conditioner called Redken. It's moisturizing and prevents split ends and shines. It's very good a little expensive. Maybe in the range of $10-15 depending on the store

If you want healthy and shiny hair you should avoid daily washing,This creates a vicious circle where the more you wash is the greasier it becomes. You should also conditioner your hair, because conditioners fall into different groups according to what you want to accomplish with your hair. Clean your hair without excessive rubbing and follow with a hot oil conditioner. Wash your hair twice in week.
