i have to work out in the morning and i will have to take a shower after i work out but im sorta neverous or shy however u want to put i dont feel comfortable changing and shower in front of ppl. what should i do. any sugesstion.

If their is a shower with a door go to that shower. Just undress quickly and walk and concentrate on the shower. Then get dressed and leave

some kid i know showered in his under armor (if you dont want guys staring at your pride... or shame, what ever it is, i dont really need to know) but yeah, you get the picture. if you dont have under armor, you can just do the easy (but most made-fun of) option and wear a swimsuit

I think if you do it once, you'll start to get really used to it. But if your really that worried, once your done showering, get dressed behind the curtain and nobody will see you:-).

Yep, once you do it once or twice, you get used to it.

But if you are really that worried about it, just change in the corner or something. For he shower part, use your bathing suit or your underwear and go commando for the rest of the day. Simple and easy.

Simce there are curtains, pull them. Its notthat big of a deal. Like Ronnie said, gobin there and do it real quick. You will eventually get over the 'shyness'

Best thing to do is just do it & get it over with. I'm only 13 & very underdeveloped. I've got no hair anywhere. & I'm less than an inch soft & only like 3 1/4 hard. So I was really embaressed but I had to shower for swim team B4 & after going in the pool. It's realy embaressing at first a couple times I got a boner in the shower & got teased but after you do it a while it's just normal. As for wearing a swim suit while gettin your shower that just draws more attention to you.

Well if that's how you feel, it's your right. The only consideration is whether you were sweaty from your work out and would go through the day with unpleasant body odour.

In actuality, if you go starkers in the changing room, all anyone is going to see is that youre a boy. Probs at the same time you see them starkers, they'll be seeing you, so it's an even up trade ;)

Just go with it man. Its not as big of a deal after the first couple times. and its the same for everyone. I was terrified my first time in the showers in FB as a freshman. We had to shower or run till we decided to shower. I hate running. lol. Just go with it. Everyone has the same junk.

This has become a pandemic! Just don't worry about it. If someone has a problem with u showering then they're the one with the problem. What helped me the first time was to count the shower tiles:)

i was so nervous the first time i did caus the showers were with no curtain doors or anything, now cause im bi i really worryed about popping a boner but its like when you finnally do it you dont have to worry about it at all and you get extremely used to it...no one stares at you or anything unless their straight up homo...trust me its not as bad as you might think, i promise

Shut the curtains/door if there are. Or just don't shower. But you're going to have to change so you could do it in a toilet stall or something. But after a while, you should get comfortable since you're all guys and it really isn't a big deal after all ;)
