My friend told me that she saw on Dr. Oz, that if you're overweight, and you lose the weight, especially in your middle area, your penis gets slightly bigger. I was wondering if this was true.

yes its pretty much true exept your penis doesn't actually grow. when you are obese you have fat covering the pelvic bone and covering the base of your penis so it looks a lot smaller. when you lose the weight you have no fat covering your penis so it looks a lot bigger

it doesn't actually get bigger, it just looks bigger because of the less fat around it.

Yeah, the fat just disappears and more of your penis shows - thats why it looks like fat people usually have smaller penises.

Your penis doesn't grow but you loose fat around your groin and abdomen making your penis look larger. You get the same effect if you shave off your pubic hair, I believe :)

The penis doesn't grow bigger but look bigger! I can speak from real life experience! It's a real good motivator to lose weight!
