I've read the "Sports Forum" thread in the Suggestions forum, and I saw alot of complaints about the Coffee Shop. Personally, I really like the idea since the White Padded Room is mainly for venting, hence "white padded room". The Coffee Shop is more of a place to chill, talk, and celebrate birthdays without venting among those happy threads and topics. But what do you say? I'm sorry if the Admins and VT management wanted to keep this decision private, but I think that this an important thread. Lock if necessary :-) This could even be moved to the Coffee Shop, since it is about that forum.

I don't really like the idea. I mean we've used the WPR for that.. since I've been here.. why change it??

I totally agree with what donne said, The description of TWPR is "This is the place to let off some steam and escape from that world you need to get away from", that doesnt say anything about general chit0chat and off topic talk. I say keep it.

the coffe shop reminds me alot of a mix of twpr and the old smap forum(which i miss deeply) i like the coffee shop its kool:D

No there is no need for it. We already have TWPR, if we make the coffee shop, then TWPR is going to die out. TWPR is our general forum.

Agreed. Majority of the recent threads made that are in TWPR really do belong in the coffee shop. "Lynne says hi," "Where is James?," or even the photo album isnt venting. If it's going to just be venting then it should be just venting. Not just half of what it was before.

I'm not saying that the WPR is just for venting, but people argue that it is for venting but really majority of the threads that remain and still are created arent venting.

I would prefer it to go back to the way it was before, but at the very least make the transition and follow through.

What I would like, is for all the threads that are general in TWPR to go to the Coffee Shop. I guess people are so used to TWPR being the general they don't want the Coffee Shop :| Eh, it's still in the lead :D for now...O_o
