I've noticed some dots on my chest. They're smaller than pimples, and out of them is growing little white hairs. Is this just because I'm growing chest hair or what?

Hmm. Well i got sorta bumbs on my chest, maybe their the same thing, only i grow black hair

yeah I've got those. They grow blonde for a litlle while and just gradually get darker. If you're quite fair, this process won't take very long at all. Smile away! :D

i don't have chest hair but my friend went through the same exact thing so no worries.

I have the exact same thing... on my arms and cheeks(face) too I've tried popping them but it hurts....but mine have been there for a few years...even before puberty...HELp!...anyways...POPCORN!
