So since yesterday evening. my computer hasn't been working right.
The computer itself, is okay-ish, a little slower then usual. But, Opera, Firefox, Chrome and Safari, are going SUPER slow and barely even coming to the homepage.
I've used, Kapersky, Avast and Mal-Ware Bytes, all say the computer is fine.
And the only thing odd I did yesterday, was a Defrag.
Any ideas?

Ccleaner works much better than trying to use they systems cleaner. It cleans a lot more files. Maybe you should download it. What kind of anti virus do you have?

...There are two main reasons I'm not trusting you with my computer, Ronnie..

1: CCleaner, cleans out temp files, cookies. So on. Not viruses, spyware or malware.

2: Avast and Kapersky are anti-viruses.

:P

Well. I'm not too savvy, but obviously if there were a virus you're system would have detected it. So quit going on those porn sites ;). I used to use AVG, but now I use the updated Norton, I really like it better than AVG.

I'm drawing a blank. I would try and take it in or call best buy and see what they say.

Best Buy will charge you at least 120 bucks if its not under warrajty.

I do suggest downloading CCleaner if you can though, temporary files and browser histories can really slow down a computer and browsers. Youll have to re input all of yiur passwords and everything but it should have a very positive effect on your computer.

I used CleanUp! and CCleaner.

Keep in mind, this computer was made when AOL 6.0 came out.

We're looking at two options:

1: Buy a new computer at Staples or Best Buy or Walmart.
or
2: Have a family friend(who works for Microsoft) build us a new one.

Option 2 is you're best bet, then you might not have as many problems with #1

New computer sounds good. Building a computer from scratch is fun. AOL 6.0 wow back in the day man. AOL is slowly trying to take over the internet. RUN

Why in hell do you have 2 anti-viruses running?

You should, at most, keep one ant-virus running at a time. 2 or more anti-viruses will tend to interrupt each others function.

Avast, runs in the background. Kapersky you have to tell to scan the PC.

That's why the mighty mighty Microsoft invented System Restore. ;)

Restore to a point before yesterday evening.
