there are a few things you can do. you can just tell him straight out and like John said, you can spread rumors about him in turn. or you can act like a totally different person or a plain jerk to get him not to like you. or you can tell him you already have someone. PM me for more suggestions.

He needs to understand that just because you're bi that doesnt mean you want to play around with just anyone. Its good that you are mature enough not to just go along with it. Just tell him you're not interested, he's likely bluffing.

If that's all he wants from you then h=you just need to be straight forward with him and tell him that you don't like him that way. Or you can just say that he's not you're type and you already have someone. If he spreads rumors deny them you don't want to retaliate because that only causes more problems.
