hey people (:
so, even though im only a freshmen (13 days left. whoo) I already have learned my passion in life: baking.

I bake anything.

And by the way: theres a dif. between baking and cooking.

cooking ~ main meals, appetizers, ect.

baking ~ cakes, cookies, muffins, ect.

okay
so
I'm sure at least some of you have seen the shows Cake Boss, Amazing Wedding Cakes, Ace of Cakes, FN Challenge, .. ect.

Well, thats what I wanna be (:
I wanna make large cakes with fondant and stuff, ( I love art )

But at the same time I want to sort of become a Dental Hygentist, just cause i love teeth, {weird?} and it pays better than being a Pastry chef..

But I have a few years. Not completely sure. :\

Anywho, feel free to tell stories. Why you love baking/cooking. Anything.

Follow what you love and what you enjoy doing the most. "Find a job you love and you'll never work a day in your life." If your passion is baking, then follow it. It doesn't matter which is more money.

Well if you become a Dentist and work for so many years you can then open your own Bakery.

yeah..i really wanna open my own cake shop.
but I still have a few years before I decide fully what I'm gunna do with my life.

I just think cleaning teeth would get super boring.. and making cakes wouldn't. But I don't want to get my degree or w/e in dental hygentist -have to pay for college time - then go back and get my pasty degree - pay for more- ect. you know?

I love food, I just can't cook for anything. TV dinners, however, are my speciality.
