Online crisis support centre?

Hey guys.

I'm feeling really bad at the moment and I really need to talk to someone, a professional.

Do you guys know of any online like instant messaging thing? I presume that it has to be from the UK but any will do me!

I am on childline, well I say on. I have been waiting to talk to someone for about an hour now :(

P.S. I don't mind if it is a hotline however I am on a contract so I need to know if it will show up on my bill.

I know RecoverYourLife(.com) has a type of instant help center involved, based on UK time. So, I don't know much about it, but that's the first thing that comes to mind.

When I think of connextions I think of the small room on our school that tells people how to live their lives haha :P

Does anyone know for sure that if I rang childline then it defo wouldn't show up on my phone bill. I am on 3 btw :P
