ohhh I LOVE sausages. Chinese ones and Italian ones (Spicy especially)

I like all kinds.
Smoked = pan fried.
Plain = grilled.
Italian = cooked with green peppers and onions and eaten on a big thick roll.

I love pretty much any kind of sausage as long as it's not too spicy. I'm fine for Italian ones but it depends on how much spice is there. Other ones I like are veal sausage, blood sausage (with onions inside or outside and some potato), turkey sausage, garlic sausage, etc... . Usually I prefer them grilled except for blood sausage, which I like pan-fried as easiest to toss in the onions and such with them.

My ultimate favourite though is a nice grilled sausage with sauerkraut, pickles, mustard, ketchup, relish and a few fried onions. I don't care what sausage it is when it's with all those as it's going to be amazing unless you goof and screw up the sauerkraut.

In the winter though, I usually microwave them, fry them or boil them with some freshly made rustic vegetable soup. Scoop them out before eating and the soup has some of the meaty taste and the sausage has some of the soup taste. Then on with the sauerkraut and such for the sausages.

I'm surprise I eat sausage too though, I almost choked to death on a piece on day and my mom had to perform the heimlech manuver on me...not fun

Here in Spain we have a pork sausage called 'longaniza' which I don't especially like, but we are able to get English beef or pork sausages which I do like.

Again, I am up for anything food. I love maple sausage, or those breakfast sausage in a pancake batter corn dog thing from school. Mm Mm Mm good! :)

I love Denny's when they've been cooked on the George Foreman.
But I especially like them cold, that's my favourite way to eat them.
