How do you form social groups?

I think you need to have 500 posts before you are able to form one yourself.

I don't like the idea of having to have that many posts or either the 6 month or 90 day membership. That's a long time. If it can't be helped, why don't we set up something like a Social Groups Suggestions, where members like me can post an idea and someone who is allowed to create social groups can? Or is there already something like that? Sorry if there is.

Well if you become aware (through reading posts or profiles) of someone that shares your interest you can always ask/suggest to them that they form the group.
