How on earth would anyone know? I dont think there's any truth in it at all, otherwise we would all notice it as we're growing through puberty. But its not as if you can try out a different sized one for a day or two to see how it compares.

Ehm, The girl (or guy :)) might find more pleasure but only the head is really sensitive so i don't see how you get pleasure if it's bigger.
