Yeah, usually before I shower. I check the muscles to see if there's any improvement and such. Never really like what I see, I'm not quite handsome, I suppose. But I gave up caring about other people's opinions about what I look like. It's all just flesh and bone and dust in the end. It's what's hiding inside somewhere that really counts, if you ask me.
