View Full Version : Why do my VMs say "Message is moderated"?

Every time I post a VM, it says "message is moderated." Do other users see this message or is it just me? I can't think of a reason that I would be moderated.

It's must you that see's the message. I don't know why it says that. Have you received a message from a moderator saying what you might have done?

If you have any infraction points or warnings then that might account for the moderation.

All VMs posted by users with less than 250 posts are moderated. This is to ensure that all inappropriate VMs posted by users who may not yet be familiar with some of the rules, or have joined solely for purposes that violate certain rules, are not overlooked by the staff.

Members with less than 500 posts must have Visitor messages, picture comments, and album pictures moderated. They also can not create social groups.

but when I get over 500 I can make social groups and I don't need the albums moderated and comments moderated?

k well I am close to 500 thank goodness

Basically, if you are N00b or N00b 2.0 or even N00b 3.0 you need to have your stuff moderated and when it says that, it means it hasnt been approved yet

Being a member for 90 days is also a requirement. Although that can probably be dropped.

Thanks, guys. This has helped. No, I have never received a message from an admin so it looks like I'm in the clear :P

500 posts? Interesting. Wonder if we'll see an argument over that number next? :P

(I think it's fine personally)

...how can you not be sure? It says your join date right there. :P

(And no, you haven't been here 90 days yet, March 7th was a little over 2 months ago. 90 days is ~3 months.)
