okay, so today i was in gym class playing hockey with my friends and one of them pinched the crap out of my nipple (purple nurple) to the point where i thought she was going to rip it off. Well, to my dismay, i discovered i forgot to put a bra on (I put a tight fitting shirt on as soon as i get out of the shower before i put on the bra. as soon as i put on my pants i pull the straps down to my undershirt and the put on my bra.. i dunno why) that's why it hurt so bad. Only three of my friends knew i didnt have a bra on and told me that they thought i had one because my boobs were perky.... but tiny! Im a 36 C... i didnt think i was that small =[! My mom is a 48 DDD and i want her to pass some over! Are there any natural ways to enhance your breast size? I really dont want a boob job because i dont want to deal with surgery or the fake-looking-ness of them. I at least want to get to a 40 something C. I play sports so i dont want them to be that big (one girl on the softball team is an F cup going into a G)

You could get fat. Bigger girl= bigger boobs. That's the only way I think. 36 C isnt that small anyways. Lol

Sorry, no advice. Haha. The only way I think is just genetics. If your moms that big, I'm sure you'll be nicely sized too :). But to be honest, 36 C is a GOOD size. I am only a 32 B. Now, I am only turning 14 on friday so I may not be done growing, but my mom was only a 34 B when she was younger (she got a boob job cuz she has 5 kids... apparently that does things to your boobs :P lol) and I just a tad small :P. But my friend has 36 C's, and they are, defininely NOT small lol. But their not like HUGE. A 48 DDD is pretty big lol so if you play sports you may not want to be that big. But I think you should just let genetics do their jobs :D

As DayBreakArt said, you could get fatter. At a 48 band size it doesn't sound like your mam is on the thinner side (that made me sound like a right bitch, but its true). When it comes to choosing whether to be fat to have bigger boobs or staying with a good size (a C cup is a great size) I know which one i would pick.

You sure she's a 48 then? You do understand how bra sizes work yeah? The band size is the length in inches of your under bust plus 5, and then the cup size is the difference between the band size and your bust. According to that your mam has a 43 inch under bust which is more on the fat side than anything. You sure you have the right size.

Well I'm a C and I personally love mine....big enough to fill a top nicely, not too big to hurt my back!! lol But yea, I don't think theres anyway to make them bigger....besides the obvious plastic surgery route....but you have to be 18 for that (or 21....I'm not exactly sure....anybody know?). I heard there are some exercises to help tone your chest muscles, but thats mostly to help ya not sag, which ya said isn't a problem. Just be happy with what you have, and if later in life you wanna change them, then drop $10000 on some silicone balloons lol

Im not saying there is anything wrong with it, i like my boobs. But the lot of my friends said they were tiny and i wouldnt mind a little extra around the chest area =]. So i was just wondering if there were any natural ways to get nicer boobs then what i already have

gosh 36C is a pretty good size I'm currently a 32S yea I know they're huge and I liked to play sports but I really can't do what I want no more I use to play soccer up until I was 12 where I was just physically unable to. honestly I say be proud of yourself and don't worry so much you'll be just fine :)

OMG...32S and you are only 13 yrs old!!....Am trying to find out what that calculates in a UK size, as I have never heard of a bust or bra that size before.

I thought I was suffering enough being a 32E with backache and the constant problem in buying bras and clothes that fit, but in comparison to you I have it fairly easy........poor, poor you, I feel so terribly sorry for you, I really do.

you are really not that small, trust me. it's better to learn to be comfortable with how you are than to try and change it. but yeah :D there isn't really a way to enhance it as far as i know..

Exactly what I was thinking...unless she is sadly a sufferer of virginal breast hypertrophy (VBH) which is a rare medical condition during puberty years, but even then a S cup is completely unheard of as far as I know.

To my knowledge once they reach a certain size (I think it's an M) The cup skips straight to a Z. I'm not sure though. American sizes confuse me a lot, and as far as i'm aware UK size's aren't exactly the least complicated thing are they?...

Thanks Amanda for the information, as one might say "The mystery deepens", as for American sizes I have no idea at all either.

Its very interesting to know that there is a cut off point, which you think might be a M, but why must bra manufacturers make our lives even more complicated by going to a Z, as if bra calculations aren't difficult enough as they are (as you and I have discussed at length in the past).....oh the joys of womanhood!! :)

Lets hope that Ashley Cool32 comes back here and clears up our total confusion, and puts our minds to rest.

Yes that's me in the avatar, but i never said i had small boobs, i thought i was pretty okay but my friends were the ones telling me they were the same size as grapes... i found it kinda funny until i realized they were serious lol

Your friends seriously thought you're tiny at 36C?? That's ridiculous! any number followed by the letter C means quite huge. Have you ever seen your friends topless? What size are they?? Seriously... I think C is possibly the best size, big enough to look way too hot, but not so huge that they look freakish and cause you back problems... If they're too big they will, and they'll hurt just by their own weight, so even if your friends think you're small, be glad you're not any bigger than you are.
