Eye candy is exactly that, eye candy. And yes, to be fair, I wasted half a year crushing on this guy who treated me like crap for the 5 years I'd known him. But that was stupid.

Most of the guys I've genuinely liked have been more nice and intelligent than good-looking.

Ive only gone out with guys I have been friends with first and honestly the only EYE CANDY crushes I have had are celebrities.
My boyfriend isnt exactly what youd call attractive to most people but he has the most adorable face and he is large (not fat but ya know) and I love him to death so I truly dont care about looks alot of girls say that but for me its honestly true.

wait. i don't want to sound shallow but my impression of girls is that at a young age they go for the handsomest of there age and as they get older they realize that looks arn't everything and as they mature they go for a more wide variety such as nicer guys but still handsome or very handsome guys that are... i guess slightly less attractive

If a guy is a jerk, then he's a jerk. It doesn't matter how hot he is, all I see is jerk. I'd rather have the nice sweet guy even if he's not super hot. I hate guys who think they can do whatever they want because of their looks.
