Are you scared to show your armpit hair so freely?

I recieved some very tiny armpit hair last summer when I was 13. Now that I turned 14 in Feb, my armpit hair is still barely there, but way longer than it used to be. I'm kinda shy about stretching my arms or something and people seeing it. I guess I wouldn't be when it's fully grown, but I don't want family to know that I'm going through puberty at this exact moment, ya know?

I know how you feel, when I was 13 i had NO armpit hair. And then when I turnt 14 it started but bairly, and i dident want anyone to see it. But now that I got it all there(or what I think is it all) I dont care if people see. And as for the parents and the puberty, your 14, they know your going through puberty, dont worry about it, really... Hope this helps!

I kinda know what you mean... When I first started puberty, I tried to hide everything that associates with puberty... From wearing coats when I would put on deodorant to even telling them I didn't wear it (when I did). It just made me feel like I wasn't a little kid no more.. I have gotten over it now, and my parents knew it the whole time. True me Bro, your parents knows what is going on with you, but they may not say anything about it, so it dosen't cause any akward moment.s

DUDE I am in the exact same situation. I am 14, and my armpit hair is starting to grow, and I am a little uncomfortable in front of my family... but who cares. If my sister makes fun of me I will tell everyone that it is that time of the month for her (lol). She gets so mad when I do something like that.

B:Just lift your arms up and let everyone know

Same with meeee. When I started growing some I was so embarrassed and I shaved them even though there was nothing there. Then it got to the point where you could tell if I lifted up my arms that I shaved. Anyways, remove it if you want since you have so little now but eventually you'll probably be comfortable with it

Well I was just 11 when I got a full bush of armpit hair, which is quite early and at first I wasn't ashamed but when I was shirtless people were starting to comment ( like parents in the house ) and especially friends at the beach, but by maybe 13 I wasn't ashamed anymore although I was still the only one of my friends who had pit hair, so it's probably normal to be a little ashamed in the start.

well I'm just concerned because I have hair everywhere else except alot under my arms. And my friend just said some people just don't have hairy armpits. I kinda agree but not having alot makes me self conscious. And when I asked my friend if he had any which I know he does he kinda blew it off and said it was fine.
