Foreskin doesn't retract.

I'm 14 years old and my foreskin doesn't retract.

I can't really clean my penis properly because of it.

When will I be able to retract it?

Will it retract naturally? or will I have to do something to make it retract?

You should be able to retract you foreskin, if you cant its a good idea to get it checked by your doctor. He will probably recommend some gentle stretching exercises possibly together with a steroid cream, this will sort it out for most guys. If you really have a very tight foreskin you may have to have it removed, not sure where you live but here in the UK doctors are reluctant to cut if it can be avoided.

I've just searched threads about this and had a look on Wikipedia and I've found out that the foreskin is naturally fused to the glans and they will separate over time.

So I think my problem is solved. :D

OK, but the separation normally occurs in early childhood and its unusual not to be able to retract at your age. Its true that a small percentage of boys are unable to fully retract their foreskin until maybe 16/17 so its not necessarily a sign of anything being wrong. Still if I was in your place I would get it checked out because both for cleanliness and for masturbation and other sexual activity it would be better if it was retractable.

what do you mean by "doesn't retract" ? it doesn't retract by it self ? or u can retract it at all becoz the skin is too tight ?
in the latter case, u might want to talk about it to a doctor ;)

I had that same problem also but when my penis wasn't hard I retract the foreskin easily every day like twice or more for about 1-2 weeks. After some days passed by I retracted my foreskin when hard and it worked. It didn't hurt!!!!
