Last night i carved "fuck up" into my arm. Its small enought o be covered by a plaster but what cna i say this plaster is? Why is it there? I have to wear short sleeves and things so there isn't any other option other than to make up a story.

- You had an injection.
- You fell in a bush

hopefully nobody will ask, but like said above use a story. make sure you keep with the same story incase people talk, and then ask you.

Just hide it as best as you can, and use one of the excuses above.
But also think about maybe finally letting your parents or others know and maybe get help.
No matter what happens you're not a fuck up, so have no reason to put it on your arm.

when people asked me about my scars i told them to fuck off i had a teacher come up to me and pull me aside in the hall one day he told me he had noticed my arms and then read my files and found out about my suicide attempts it just pissed me off the point im trying to make is that its no ones biz but ur own but i do wanna say also i hope you can overcome the urge to cut its a hard thing to do but once you do it will get better
