i have a very stupid question... how do you change time? my time is off... it says it's 11:31 AM and here in Istanbul it is 8:35 PM

User CP -> Edit Options -> Date & Time Options

Goto User CP
Then Edit Options

Scroll down a page or two until you get to "Date & Time Options"
Select your timezone
Scroll to the bottom Save Changes
