I'm one of the few people having a lot of trouble gaining weight so i was hoping that you would know any advice or tips how. I'm kind of a picky eater so i guess that's a problem. Well if you could help, i'd be glad to take your advice.

What kind of weight do you want to gain? If you're looking for muscle, increase your intake of protein, and exercise regularly. Foods that are high in protein will help (Meat, poultry, fish, shellfish and eggs, pulses, nuts and seeds soya products and vegetables), also protein shakes which you can find at any chemist. However, if its fat you need to gain then increase your carbohydrate intake. (Potatoes, corn, rice and wheat, beans, lentils and parsnips)

Well In my opinion if you want to gain weight fasy then you should eat three main meals per day that include some type of calorie dense foods such as cheese, seeds, beans or any complex carbohydrate. Drink a lot of pure fruit juice or milk with and between meals. Juices that are mixed with two or more juices are higher in calories than a drink that is only one juice.

Just watch your intake of calories and how much you burn i mean you need to make sure you don't work out to much you need some energy to repair muscles
