Is there a way to take out blur in a picture taken with a camera that causes blur?

This is the kind of thing I'm talking about. Getting rid of that blur via Gimp or something.

well it depends on the type of camera and check the focus, that can sometonf bugger up the quality of the picture.

Invest on a better webcam. I just got one for under $10, and it's super good and clear. I could link if you want.

The picture on the right is about as 'fixed' as you can get a picture that isn't high res.

Basically all you can do is remove the grainy-ness of the image (Called reducing noise), and color correct.

Other than that though.... There's not a whole lot that you can do. (Besides getting a better webcam :p )
