It comes in with the later stages of puberty, usually between the age range of 16-19

I'm 14 and I've got a bit of chest hair. My first few came in at like, 12, and then not much happened until a few months ago, and it's currently coming in a lot now. Though I think I'm way too young for it, in comparison to any guys I've seen at my school.

i dont have chest hair yet, only legs, pits, arms and pubes, and a little around my nips. but i dont want chest hair i think its nasty. you will grow it in time

Chest hair comes in near the end of puberty (if you even get it). Not all men have chest hair.. So it could come in during your late teens, or when you get even older.
