Ok this is going to be kind long so just warning you. So about a year and a half ago I met this girl on Xbox LIVE (Yes I know it sounds dorky but just get past that part). We had good times, many laughs, and a lot of fun. A girl that plays video games is pretty cool in my book but for some reason I just thought of her as a friend. We played a lot online and talked a lot as well. She got out of a relationship shortly after we met and then proceeded to date another guy over the internet but that ended about 2 months later. She lives in Florida and I live in Illinois. I'm 15 almost 16 on June 26 and she just recently turned 18. Netlix has a partnership with microsoft as any xbox owner would know so you can watch movies with your friends over xbox live. We have stayed up untill 4 in the morning watching movies many times. We are very comfortable around each other so we have even watched the unrated version of American Pie: The Naked Mile which has a lot of sex and nudity as you probably could tell but we still laughed and it wasn't akward at all. She is really cool and even laughs at "thats what she said" jokes and other stuff like that. So my question is that I just recently started having feelings for her and basically don't know what to do. I don't want to ruin the friendship by asking and being rejected because she has even referred to me as her brother before but I really like her. I am really happy when I talk to her and when I'm not I even get a little depressed. I need advice bad, would the age difference matter? Also I'm pretty mature for my age and we both have seen pics of each other like and have talked on MSN a lot and texted sometimes. I'm willing to deal with the long distance relationship and I'm getting my liscence soon as well.

hah, I play video games, but that's besides the point. Do you think she has any interest/shown you any signs that she does like you the way you like her? Or is it just you do you think?
She lives in Florida and I live in Illinois. I'm 15 almost 16 on June 26 and she just recently turned 18Age really doesn't matter, my boyfriends 17 and I'm 14 nearly 15. If both partners are committed to the relationship, age shouldn't matter.
So my question is that I just recently started having feelings for her and basically don't know what to do. I don't want to ruin the friendship by asking and being rejected because she has even referred to me as her brother before but I really like her. age really doesn't matter, although the maturity levels may differ, you can work through that. My advice? Talk to her, tell her how you feel, what you like about her, why you like her, stuff like that. If she doesn't know how can she reject you, tell her that you don't want to ruin the friendship but you need to get that off you chest. Girls like it when the guy makes the first move. Pluck up the courage and say to yourself "I can do this". If you don't take the move, some other guy will, and you don't want that! Good luck! :)

I dont know if its a good idea to ask this girl out, you may get your feelings hurt because i cant really see her and you never know what shes doing, living in a different state. Not to be a party popper but just saying
