Hey, sometimes when i talk to my gf i get worried that i will lose her its just a sudden feeling I get but i know she loves me alot i dont know why i get this feeling so im just wondering what can i do about it she assures me that she loves me.

can you help me or give me some way to over come this feeling.

dont worry all guys feel that way about their gf's its just a natural thing where we have the ambition to be control or we get worried. There is probly nothing wrong with your relationship and you have no need to be sad.

Different things you could do are

-actually asking her if she loves you/telling her your feelings
-just spend some time together without fooling around and just doing things together like going to the mall or rent a movie she likes
-watch out if she is flirting with other guys
-hold hands

but really dont worry, you are fine and should enjoy your time together before you both move on instead of worrying what could happen.

its normall... when i had mt gf, in the car i would always check if everything was fine... it was funny... something like this:
(in my mind) "hmmm we are ariving to school... profume?? FINE -- deodorant?? FINE -- do i stink at all?? only a little... its damn hot in here...... (i would worry about this) -- am i well dressed?? yeah, kinda....

it was like that EVERY SINGLE DAY for sixth months... so its not weird... its normal.. dont worry

heres what i did. Me and my gf went to the movies and we have the seats where the cup holders move up incase theres not enough room for the fat people. She layed down on the seats (she only needed two cuz she was kinda short) and rested her head on me.....and that went throughout the entire movie....and finally durin the credits i told her i loved her....and she told me she loved me. but dont pull the stunt where ur g/f lays on u....just make sure when u tell her and she tells u that she is staring in your eyes.
