So here's the problem, i always sweat a lot cause i'm paranoid (or i think that's what they call it)
I always think that people are staring or thinking bad things about me like staring at my pimples or thinking that what i'm wearing is bad, etc.
Can anyone give advice on how to deal with this?
And yes, i totally lack self-confidence.

It happens to me to, and it can get embarrasing, making me sweat even more. Just one vicious circle! :D
If I can feel myself starting to go red or start to sweat, I just try and calm myself down with positive thoughts. Like 'They're not staring at you', and 'Doesn't matter what they think'. The positive thoughts do help a bit, but only temporarily.
So, thats what I recommend. Im sure there may be a better way, as I have been struggling with keeping up positive thoughts (like I have explained in the thread you commented on)
Anyway, I hope that helps :)

Thinking positive and realistic is the first thing that comes to mind in a situation like this, yes. What's also worth a try is mentally focusing on something completely removed from the situation, kind of like a meditation exercise. Concentrate on any one particular point in front of your eyes - something that won't provoke further discomfort of course, a tree for example, and concentrate on the stillness from within.
The most important thing, when one fears both their mind and body acting out of control, is to remain grounded and aware. Notice every detail of the experience. Realize that it is absurd, but avoid judging it. If you wish to mentally combat it using thoughts, be they of an opposing (positive) or more so analytical nature, just be careful not to lose yourself even further in an inner thought battle.
Don't be afraid to try out different strategies as they come to you, no matter how silly they might seem. For example, I found that holding a textbook in front of me and slightly moving it around while walking in the school hallways, would usually keep me calmed down.
May you find the strength and clarity you deserve.
