Okay, so me and my boyfriend are in a long distance relationship. I live in Arizona, and he lives in New Mexico. So far, we only have one visit planned for this year. I want a healthy relationship with him but I don't know how I can see him more since we both have school. I'm only going to see him for one week this summer because of summer school. Can anyone help me with this? I want to find a way where I can see him much more often, preferably once a month or so, but I can't think of a way. I can't move either, i'm only 15 and he's 17. Please help!

My boyfriend lives in southern ontario, i live in southern pennsylvnia.
it's been over a year.
we haven't met yet, but plan on it for this summer (hopeful)

It's possible, but you both have to be willing to make it work.

lonmg distance relationships are never very easy
but be as it may not everything in life is easy
you can go on with the visit and then maybe work something out in the future
good luck:)

David and I will be together 9 months on the 26th. He lives in Georgia and I now live in Indiana. We are planning on right now spending pretty much the whole month of July together, between his house and mine. Our parents know about us and for the most part of very supportive. Once we meet in July, we plan on meeting at least once a month, if not more. It's probably easier for us as money really isn't an issue for my family and I can afford to go down and see him once I get my license. I know it's not like that for others.

For us, what has helped is to talk often and talk long. we usually talk at least 2 to 3 hours a night on skype, more on the weekends. You have to have trust as well. We both know what we want out of this and neither one of us is stupid enough to endanger that by cheating or messing around on the other.

It takes a special kind of people to have a long distance relationship and make it work. Click on the link below for a pretty good article. Good luck to you guys and good luck to you, too kyle.

The next to best thing from seeing him in-person would be to use something such as Skype. It also allows you two to talk long-distance without having an enormous phone bill but provides a bit more intimacy than e-mails (although those work also). I was in a long-distance relationship, where I was in Ontario and she was in Nova Scotia, and we met up a few times as my parents and I vacationed to the Maritimes pretty often during the summer holidays. It was always quite nice meeting up with her in-person but eventually for reasons that do not need to be discussed, it ended, was a good run though.
