Ok so im 15 and im new here, my 1st post. ok so i'll get to the point. i usually eat well like i dont over eat and i would feel like really sluggish and fat. i ate very little too. is this like a mental thing? also lately for about 2 weeks i eat breakfast only and i have baseball practice for 3 hrs but i dont seem to lose any weight... i try to exercise a lot but i dont seem to lose ANY WEIGHT! i feel too fat, im 5 feet 5 in. and i weigh somewhere between 140-150 lbs i just feel really fat and i look fat. people tell me i look buff and built. i just dont think this is true. i exercise a lot and try to run and do vigorous exercises but, NOTHING. any help or links to easy weight loss diets or any tips from anyone???:confused::confused:

Muscle weighs more than fat so you could just be very athletic looking. Not fat. Many athletic people have a high BMI / high weight / even sometimes overweight&obese BMI, because they have a lot of muscle.

If you want to lose weight, change your lifestyle, don't just go on some quick diet, that's the worst thing you could do.

I'd recommend seeing your doctor & asking to see a nutritionist & dietitian for advice.

See a doctor if you want to lose weight safely.
crash diets NEVER work.

ok thanks but ive been like working out alaot and stuff, ill try to eat healthier.
