Who here uses emulators, if you do
1) Which ones do you use?
2) Why are you using an emulator?
3) Do you like the fps (frames per second) or how fast the game runs?
4) Know any ways to speed up emulation?
Thank you :)

I only use Visualboy Advance, Project64 and No$GBA, though the first two are quite fast No$Gba is extremely slow most of the time unless you have a pretty good computer speed. I usually only use them when im bored, for something to do or when i just cba finding my old consoles or when i cba buying a console just to play one game.

1) Which ones do you use?
PS - epsxe 1.70/1.6/1.5.2/1.13, PCSX 15, pSX 13, PSXeven 1.13.
2) GB/A - Visual Boy Advance, No$Gba
3) SNES - ZSNES 1.51, Sne9x 1.51
4) ;) Secret
5) Sega - Gens 2.14, KEGA Fusion 3.6.
6) N64 - UltraHLE 1.1.0, Nemu64 0.8.
A lot more, I will stop here.
2) Why are you using an emulator?
Because it is feasible, ready at hand and I don't have all the consoles.
3) Do you like the fps (frames per second) or how fast the game runs?
It is not something to like. PAL runs on 50 fps, while NTSC-J/A runs on 60.
4) Know any ways to speed up emulation?
Increase the frame rate, use modifications in the emu, have a lot of RAM. Enough said.

I think its called "desmume"..I tried loading ds roms with no$gba but it said something like cant load the rom or something similar.
^by do you like the fps, I meant the fps that you get when you play games. :)
I just use the ps2, gba and ds emulators..not much compared to you :P

I still cannot apprehend your question. I got fps from every game, and they are all set to the normal fps. I change them to suit my liking, I usually change the FPS of some RPGs which handles Classical per-tun battle style(FF1-6, DragonWarrior and etc.), this is to level quicker on some levels. Anything else?

Gba is the best for it, it doesn't lag at all. Project 64 doesn't really, but it can do and No$gba is just horrible x.x i just give up half the time with those games to be honest.

1. VBA (for GBA) and Dolphin (for Gamecube)
2. Well, because I really want to play several games on those console...
3. Somehow yes, but that's only because my computer are good enough to handle it
4. No, except press the "speed up" button that are included in-emulator
