Well if you mean STIs there is no way you can give yourself one with no other person involved. If you were doing mutual with a friend that had an STI that might involve some risk if you got his or her fluids on your hand and then touched yourself afterwards.

I guess it would be possible in theory to give yourself other infections. Say for example you had an infected cut on your finger and wanked with that, maybe you could transfer that infection to your penis. I dont know, just sort of speculating there, seems possible. But I've never heard of that and I doubt if thats really what you had in mind.

So my answer is that I think there are some circumstances where it might be possible, but if you are only asking about a normal wank at home on your own its completely safe.
