hey guys im new here. Ima get straight to the point lol

Im 16 and when I get a boner the foreskin does not pull back over the glans... It is pulled back a little bit where you can see the meatus (I think thats the word for the thing you piss out of lol) I cannot pull it back much when I get a boner but when I am soft I can pull it back a bit. It seems the frendulum or w/e its called is still attached to my glans its not tight or anything so its not that weird condition philmosis or somthin where the foreskin does not come back... im just wondering if this is normal for a guy my age? Is it possible that im just not finished growing down thier yet? I heard you can do manual stretching ang masturbation helps but I have been masturbating for ages and I havent seen much of a change... I read even 10 year olds can pull back the skin and that its helped by them 'playing with themselves when they are younger (not masturbation obv just messing around with it) But nobody told me lol when I was younger my penis had one job, pissing not a fleshy experiment. Somebody give me some answers.

*Edit Ok so i have looked around on the internet and said it is normal for peoiple up to and including adolescence. I am going to (try) make a poll that states what age you are/were when you first discovered you could retract the foreskin completely when you had an erection, please say how old you are now aswell if you had the same problem as me when I was 16 and it is fine nw it would bevery reassuring knowing that someone had a similar problem to me, im fed up with what looks like a 6.5 inch baby dick lol.*
Thx.

I have a 6.75 uncut cock....but my foreskin does retract. When fully hard, it willl retract to under my head(I can pull it back farther, but that is where it rests comfortably, but when soft, I can pull it back all the way. Have been able to sense before I can remember. There, a little bio about my side to this problem.

Just do the stretching exercises. I've heard they work. But all-in-all, if you are REALLY being depressed about it, see a doctor. He can tell you what is up.

Still have that problem. And I have been worrying about it. I am a bit of a late developer so hopefully I haven't stopped growing down there yet.

Yeah my voice has dropped when I was like 14 and I have more armpit hair on one arm than the other. I hope to God its just cos im a bit late but the foreskin is actually ATTATCHED to the underside of my bell end I can pull it down half way but it feels uncomfortable and starts to hurt. That is the only thing holding the foreskin to my glans that one f***ing peice of skin.

That piece of skin as i understand it is normal. Do not overstretch it or you could damage it. If your foreskin can retract and it doesn't feel stuck anywhere it's no problem then. It will come loose at its own time. Usually the more you fuck the more it gets loose to the point where you will be able to pull it all the way back after some time. Don't panic.

I'm cut, but I still have about half of my foreskin...

And I have this problem... it doesn't retract completely, although by stretching it a bit each day I'm almost there.... it now almost completely retracts... so I can say, stretching exercises do help, as well as washing it with warm water (Since water helps the tissues to relax)

If you're 16 and not able to retract your foreskin, you should talk to your doctor. He can help you.

I've never had problems with retracting mine. But I think water is supposed to help "loosen" it, so I would suggest trying to pull it back in the shower but don't "force" it back, just slowly pull it back and repeat that process. It should become retractable over time.
