Well hello, sorry if this is in the wrong section >.< Okay so whenever I have a problem, and I tend to solve it (usually when I solve it not the best way.) For the next couple of days or so, I tend to worry about it coming back, and it makes me feel like crap. So any suggestions guys? Sorry if this seems really dumb.

No, that's not dumb at all hun.
You just have to try changing your thought process, think of how much better you feel now, as opposed to then. Put yourself in positive situations, find something that you love doing and do it. Anything that will keep the thought away. Often when somebody has too much down time and arn't doing much, they tend to be very vulnerable.

I agree. You need something to take your mind off things. Find something that doesn't relate to the problem in any way (and something that you enjoy) and do it for as long as you need. Also, whatever technique works for you, don't worry about what others think about it because it will probably add to the problem. For me I listen to a CD of classical music that reminds me of primary school  But everybody's different. Do what you think is right, take your time to sort out whatever problems you're having and remember that you're not alone here so seek help if need be ^_^

i am the same way, but when that happens talk to yourself saying, i need to stop this ntohign will happen. This is just me being paranoid and annoying. Well thats what I tell myself. Doesn't always work but try focusing on something else. Listen to music, tlak to someone you trust about it, who will reassure you that everything is fine. it's not stupid, its just soemthing that happens. PM me if yo need me hun.
