Yes, flacid size varies. I havent had swollen breasts but that does affect some guys, its not unusual, but if it happens to you it will just sort itself out, its nothing to worry about.

Yes, it depends on the day how big my penis is flaccid, girl size, and inch wise. It is not uncommon for guys to devlop brest during puberty.. Just be sure to continue excersing, and it will work its self out.

The flacid can sometimes be affected if you masturbate a lot... when your done, it can sometimes seem to have more loose skin and feel kind weird... And the whole man boobs thing could be a hormone problem, if its happening to you and is conserning you, you should talk to your parents about it and possibly a doctor.
