i've had my worst mental health day for a 2-3 weeks at least today. the thing is nobody has a clue. i've managed to hide it from everyone. i've been able to cry on the inside and nobody have a clue. i've been able to isolate myself from everyone. self esteem has slid backwards again and confidence is low, but i haven't been able to tell anyone, nobody at all. this will pass, hopefully. but right now i'm hurting and am in emotional pain.

Personally, I find the best way to think about what's going on is to bounce what you're thinking off people. Sad? Talk to a friend and try to get them to understand, you can see your faults in logic and other problems and ideas that you haven't noticed. Also, telling a friend helps me know that I have SOMEONE on my side for once. That's a fantastic feeling. I know you can do that, you just have to stop hiding.

*awkward man huggles* HA HA... sorry. HA.

Talking to a friend is a great idea, as quite often when talking you will discover new routes.
When things get on top of me I write everything down and make a list of all the stuff, and then work through each point and put some thought as to how to change and improve them.
When written down, you realise that things are not so bad, and quite often you can make a few changes or go in a new direction and many of the negatives join towards a positive.
I have try to take charge of things that are getting at me and try and change them - only you can bring about change - others are to wrapped up in their own lives / worries.
