If you take in case the smell, the feel, the exposure to another person, the taste (yes I've heard taste O_O), the sound...It's very different.

well you have to realize its got to be different... i mean just by the fact of seeing a girl naked its going to freak you out... if it would feel the same, it wouldnt be such a deal, and everyone would masturbate!
