Umm. Im not gonna say its true, but im not gonna say its not true eather. People have sworn that Penis Stretching has made there penis bigger. Im not saying that thats true or not, but if it is true, and it dose work, then, when you are masterbating, all your doing is stretching your penis in a way. But I highly dowt that it will effect it. If it dose effect it, it will be for the better, as in bigger! Hope I helped!
