A Peruvian mother-of-four left bedridden for six months because of her size N breasts has undergone an operation to have them shrunk.
Julia Manihuari, 29, said she fainted whenever she attempted to stand up because her breasts were so heavy, the Daily Mail newspaper reports.
Mrs Manihuari's breasts began growing after the birth of her fourth child seven years ago.
Local media recently paid for her and husband Ascension to take a three-day boat ride from their home in northern Peru to another village for medical help.
They were flown to the capital Lima where doctors diagnosed her with Bilateral Gynecomastia — a condition where the mammary glands keep growing.
Fearing the weight would eventually crush Mrs Manihuari's lungs and kill her, specialists removed 15kg of flesh from her chest during a six-hour operation.
"Before the operation I couldn't do anything — I just had to live with it," Mrs Manihuari was quoted as saying.
"It got so bad that my breasts were touching my legs.
"The stress on the rest of my body was agony."
The operation was a success and Mrs Manihuari is now a size 34B.
