New to the forum and all, so I guess I should ask this question:

I'll turn 15 in a month, my erect penis is at 7" currently, and flaccid it's at 4.5". Do you think this is normal or not?

Also, I do apologize if this is a little "out of place", but I have been wondering this for a long time. :)

Thats quite big. The normal range for adults is from 5" - 7" so you are already at the top of that range and at an age where you may still get some more growth.
