K well yesterday i was sitting at my comp and well i felt like this stuff coming from my dick and it felt cold. WTF is it? is it bad? plz help im kinda scared.

I wouldn't worry unless you have other symptoms, such as strange fluids, feeling of sickness or dizziness, any sort of disabilitating pains or stiffness, a loss of sex drive, or problems peeing like it hurting.

Like secretions of blood in your sperm, or the coolness sarting to have puss along with it, and by sickness I mean throwing up and such. Don't worry though, if you worry you'll probably just convince yourself you are sick.

Depends on wheather or not u have had sex. If so it could be the beginning stages of the drip ( wiki it) if not then I think that rooster is right just a cold chill. Also if it hurt when it came out or if it caused u discomfort then it cold be what I said "the drip"
