Or knows anyone who has taken it?
I'm just curious as to what they do, what benefits/effects they have, and how long it took for you to notice these differences.

I have, and continue to do so. It does help with concentration a bit, and it takes about 3 days for it to work.

My mum makes me take them, they work pretty well actually. It helps with concentration, building your immune system up, keeps your bones healthy, helps with medical problems such as asthma and arthritis, helps eyesight, helps with learning/behaviour disorders and its actually known as a natural anti-depressant, though in my knowledge.. it doesn't help with depression of any kind :P

I've been taking them for 6 days now. However, I wouldn't know what's different about me since taking them.
I've been taking them because some hairdresser advised me to do so, as apparently they encourage to grow your hair faster and healthier. Obviously, they're not going to perform some hair miracle on me in a short period of time (if only! :P).
I came across a few reports which claim that fish oil isn't really effective for your brain or concentration - but I'm no scientist, so I wouldn't know too much about that. I haven't noticed a change in me in regards to depression, anxiety or paranoia of the sort yet either. Besides, it's only been 6 days since I began taking them, but I will post updates on any significant alterations that I happen to find - perhaps in a few weeks, or months.
