Since it's your own cum, can you still get some kind of STD if you were to shove it up if you were to eat it or shove it up your ass or anything else that would have it enter back into your body? Just curious about it and not quite sure on it.

no... STD's are usually caused by skin contact.. cum is cum. and its not really related to blood.
PLUS: i've eaten my cum and some has contacted my buttock at one time. lol. :P

You can't get an STD you already have.

Exactly as John has said above. If an STD is present in your cum then you already have that STD so you cant give it to yourself.

Sorry, I just have to correct this.
STDs are greatly related to blood and most STDs can be found in blood AND sperm. HIV (premature form of AIDS) is found in both. A cool fact many may not know is HIV is also found in trace amounts of tears, saliva, etc. Can you get HIV from those things, however? NO. The amounts are so microscopic you would have to take more than a bath in the saliva to even have a risk.
As others have pointed out, you cannot produce an STD out of nowhere. It would already be in your system and you would already be infected with it; therefore, you will not be giving yourself an STD by allowing sperm to come in contact with your butt. Rather you would have already had the STD.
