It is pretty good. It will be really sweet when you give it to someone.
You should try and put a little more detail in it.

Yeah. I was gonna color it and add shading, but I don't know where my pencils are.

That's really good, you should go over it again, giving it shadowing.

Agreed, like some shading on the heart, to give it more of a 3D feel. And some color would look cool as well, though I'm a fan of just sketches lol.
